Austin Rising is a SAG-AFTRA actor and audiobook narrator with overall 300 titles to his name. An Independent Audiobook Award nominee, he primarily works in the genres of science fiction, YA, fantasy, and GameLit. AudioFile Magazine has called his narration, "masterful" due to his ability to differentiate characters and bring theatricality to manuscripts.

On camera, Austin has starred in Amazon Prime's The Peripheral with Chloe Grace Moretz in addition to working on S.W.A.T., The Rookie, Longmire, The Ballad of Buster Scruggs, Shameless, BetterCall Saul, The Night Shift, Surrounded, and Alt; to name a few.

When not behind a microphone or in front of a camera, Austin is an avid outdoorsman, a professional axe thrower, a TTRPG enthusiast and would be BBQ Pitmaster. He holds a national EMT-B certification, for volunteer purposes, and is trying to up his chess ELO to 1000.

He lives in Los Angeles.
