I am a SOVAS and Henry nominated actress known for playing diverse characters ranging from Jane Austen’s Elizabeth Bennett to rocker Eddie Van Halen. When I step into my booth, I bring with me skills honed by a Master’s degree in theatre and 20+ years of acting and directing for the stage - not to mention the trial and error experiment we call being human.
I excel with literary fiction, thrillers, and romcoms, stories where characters grapple with identity and duality, perhaps because I so deeply connect with the challenge of truly finding yourself. As the first person in my family to go to college, I felt a keen expectation to land in a career that would be of service. For many years, this meant juggling an acting career with work in education and non-profit sectors, especially in child advocacy. Yet, I knew I was meant to be an actor, and after years straddling both worlds, I embraced my core identity as a storyteller.
Now, my days are filled with story, and I wouldn't have it any other way.
