Alana Kerr Collins
About the Performer

Alana Kerr Collins was born and raised in Belfast, N. Ireland and holds a BA in Drama/English from Trinity College, Dublin. She is a Meisner trained actress with a background in theatre, a classically trained soprano and is even a Sesame Workshop trained puppeteer. She is an Audie Award winner for her work on "Risen: The Novelization of the Major Motion Picture" by Angela Hunt and has received two further nominations for her work on "Beasts of the Frozen Sun" by Jill Criswell and "The Nature of Fragile Things" by Susan Meissner. She is also a two-time AudioFile Earphones Award winner for "A Slip of a Girl" by Patricia Reilly Giff and "Twisted River" by Siobhán MacDonald. Alana has recorded over 100 titles for various publishers, including Brilliance Audio, Blackstone Audio, Audible, Harper Collins Audio, Simon & Schuster, Podium, Christian Audio and Penguin Random House, amongst others. Alana is happily married and has two young boys and a little rescue dog, Inca.
