Jay Ben Markson has narrated for publishers including Audible, Hachette, Macmillan, Dreamscape, and others. He's worked widely in romance, fantasy, sci-fi, YA, nonfiction, and literary fiction, but he has a particular soft spot for any form of speculative fiction.
Jay Ben came to audiobooks from the world of theater. He holds an MFA from the Case Western Reserve University/Cleveland Play House program, and he was Associate Artistic Director/member of acting company for MaineStage Shakespeare from 2011 to 2016. Above all, he loves bringing stories to life. For him, audiobooks are a particularly intimate, attentive way of doing so.
